I couldn’t disagree more. Hopping on a quick call is an infinitely faster way of communicating complicated concepts. I can share my screen, I can show you demos of things working on a simulator etc. I don’t want to be making videos, taking screenshots and writing up reports. That’s tedious! It works in reverse too. I also don’t want someone sending my a bunch of prose to sift through. Just hope on a call and show me, don’t waste my time!
