I'd love it if documentation was even nearly as good as going through code with someone. I personally know that it is not.

The word "Silo" might be a bit of a buzzword, but working in isolation as you said you did is basically what people mean when they use the word.

"Waterfall" is also just a label attached to a way of working. There was no word for it, but now there is because language evolves to meet a need.

You telling me you had to quit after 3 hours of pairing is like telling me you can't hold your breath for 3s. I'd argue 15 mins in the morning isn't being interrupted all day.
